There are valid reasons to why we feel and act the way we do. I help individuals explore where they feel stuck and learn new ways of thinking and behaving so that they can more fully enjoy their lives.
Mindfulness counselling and psychotherapy promotes your ability to live more in the present moment. It also helps you develop trust, openness and acceptance of yourself as a person.
